Privacy Policy

This policy describes how Cavaleirus, an internal reporting dashboard operated by CAVALEIRUS LLC, handles data.
Data we access
- Google Ads: performance metrics and settings of our own advertising accounts (campaigns, ads, assets, budgets, change history), read through the Google Ads API after we authorise it with Google sign-in, and written to only when a team member launches a campaign from the dashboard.
- Shopify: order totals, refunds and marketing attribution (landing page and UTM parameters) of our own stores. We do not read customer names, addresses or payment details.
How we use it
To produce advertising reports and recommendations and to launch campaigns for our own team. Our team also uses AI assistants (OpenAI ChatGPT and Anthropic Claude) to analyse this data on our behalf. We do not sell or rent this data, we do not share it with other third parties, and we do not use it for advertising profiling of individuals.
Google user data
Cavaleirus's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Storage and security
Access tokens are stored encrypted (AES-256-GCM). Report data is cached temporarily to speed up the dashboard. The dashboard is password-protected and served over HTTPS.
Retention and deletion
Cached report data is refreshed continuously and replaced over time. Disconnecting an account in the dashboard deletes its stored tokens. Access can also be revoked at any time from the Google account security settings.
